This policy describes how geo-flow (operated by Unilime) handles information when you use our website, run a storefront audit, book a call, or purchase a GEO readiness plan.

What we collect
- Store URL you submit for analysis, and derived crawl results (page samples, scores, reports).
- Contact details when you use paid checkout, book a call, or otherwise choose to share them (email, phone, name). Free instant snapshots require only your store URL.
- Payment-related data processed by Stripe when you buy a plan; we store purchase metadata (tier, amount, status) and Stripe reference IDs, not full card numbers.
- Technical data such as IP address (rate limiting and abuse prevention), timestamps, and basic request logs.
How we use it
- Run and store GEO audits you request.
- Deliver shareable report links and PDFs.
- Process payments and fulfillment for paid tiers.
- Follow up on strategy calls or manual deliverables when you opt in.
- Improve reliability, security, and product quality.
Retention
Audit runs and related events are stored in our application database for as long as needed to provide the service, support your purchase, and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion where applicable law allows.
Sharing
We use subprocessors to operate the service (for example hosting, OpenAI for narrative generation in live mode, Stripe for payments, and error monitoring when configured). We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
Free scans do not require an email address. For paid plans, email is required to deliver the report and receipt flow. You may contact us at [email protected] for access or deletion requests.
